JOIN US FOR A PIZZA PARTY. GROSSI STYLE.

Join the team at Ombra for a pizza party that celebrates the Give a Fork! campaign’s 4 Food Rules to sustainability. You’ll be treated to a relaxed communal dining experience where everything will be shared, including pizza, conversation and laughter.
Head Chef, Guy Grossi is a huge advocate of the fight against food waste, and as such his pizzas have been crafted with this in mind, whilst also sourcing all ingredients locally. The passata has been handmade from overripe tomatoes to preserve the goodness for the whole season, so too have the artichokes. He will be using beetroot stems and other vegetable trimmings for his vegetarian delights as well as truly free range pork for the more meaty pizzas.
The pizza will all be washed down with the cool and refreshing notes of Napoleone beer and cider on tap from the Yarra Valley.
Co-founder of Sustainable Table, Cassie Duncan will also be joining the event to talk a little more about food, sustainability and the Give a Fork! campaign.
